Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ticketsmoon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Ticketsmoon is an online ticketing marketplace that connects event organisers with ticket buyers. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws; (b) resell tickets at inflated prices without authorisation; (c) use automated tools to purchase tickets in bulk; (d) impersonate any person or entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser. Ticketsmoon processes payments securely via Stripe. A booking fee applies to all transactions and is non-refundable.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organiser. Ticketsmoon reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained fraudulently.

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, Ticketsmoon will automatically issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The booking fee is non-refundable.

If an event is rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund at the organiser's discretion. Contact support within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Event organisers are independent third parties and are solely responsible for the events they list on the Platform. Ticketsmoon does not endorse any organiser or event and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any event.

Organisers must comply with all applicable laws, hold necessary permits, and accurately represent their events. Ticketsmoon may remove events or suspend organisers who violate these obligations.

The vendor marketplace connects event organisers with service providers. All contracts and arrangements are between the organiser and vendor directly. Ticketsmoon is not a party to these agreements and accepts no liability arising from vendor services.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Ticketsmoon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketsmoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant tickets.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
